• "Client" refers to you, the person or entity using our Services.
• "Services" refers to the AI development, website development, mobile app development, and related services provided by ARTN LABS.
• "Project" refers to the specific development work agreed upon between the Client and ARTN LABS.
• "Deliverables" refers to the completed work, code, designs, and other materials provided to the Client as part of the Services.
• "Intellectual Property" refers to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.

3. Services Agreement

3.1 Scope of Services

The specific scope of Services will be detailed in a separate Project Proposal or Statement of Work ("SOW") agreed upon by both parties. The SOW will include:

• Project objectives and requirements
• Deliverables and milestones
• Timeline and deadlines
• Pricing and payment terms
• Acceptance criteria

3.2 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide complete and accurate project requirements
• Designate a primary contact for project communications
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Provide necessary materials, content, and access
• Make timely payments as agreed

3.3 Company Responsibilities

ARTN LABS agrees to:

• Provide Services with reasonable skill and care
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines
• Communicate regularly about project progress
• Address issues and bugs during the warranty period
• Maintain confidentiality of Client information

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect projects already in progress.

4.2 Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are as follows:

• For projects under $1,000: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
• For projects $1,000 - $5,000: 40% upfront, 30% at milestone, 30% upon delivery
• For projects over $5,000: Custom payment schedule as detailed in the SOW

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Bank transfer
• UPI (for Indian clients)
• PayPal
• Other methods as mutually agreed

4.4 Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

• Project work being paused
• Late fees of 2% per month on overdue amounts
• Suspension of Services

By using our Services or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
